1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, engaging our procurement services, or purchasing automotive components (including but not limited to used, rebuilt, or remanufactured engines, transmissions, and related parts) from GEARHUB AUTO-PARTS, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our platform and services.

Core Deposit: Certain high-value components (engines and transmissions) require a "Core Charge"—a fully refundable deposit ensuring the return of your old, replaceable unit.

Return Timeline: The original core must be returned to our designated partner salvage yard or fulfillment center within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your replacement part.

Condition Requirement: Cores must be fully assembled, drained of all fluids (oil, transmission fluid), and visually identical to the component delivered.

Refund Processing: Once the core is inspected and cleared by the receiving facility, core refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

GEARHUB AUTO-PARTS, LLC operates as a specialized procurement network, partnering with over 140 premium salvage facilities and automotive recycling centers nationwide. Visual Representation: Product imagery represents precise specifications but may visually vary from the cosmetic finish of the unit pulled from inventory. Order Verifications: All orders require a confirmed VIN. We are not liable for fitment errors from incorrect VIN submissions. 1.4 Limitation of Liability: LLC liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the component.
